A. At Filofax we would like to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from Filofax, simply return it to us in its original condition with your Order Reference Number within 28 days of dispatch and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. We ask that you wrap the parcel carefully to prevent damage.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Your refund will automatically be processed via the same method your payment was made, Please allow up to 10 business days from delivery receipt for the credit to appear on your statement. Unfortunately items ordered from our website cannot currently be returned to a retail store.

A. The first two digits of our diary codes represent the year. For example, a Personal size Horizontal Year Planner for 2017 has a code of 17-68401 whereas the 2018 version of the same diary is 18-68401.

A. After carefully reviewing the Organiser registration, and the response that we receive, Filofax have taken the decision to no longer offer this service. Organiser registration will now not be part of the ‘My Account' section of our websites.

We have also had to take into consideration renewing all our personal data policies ahead of the General Data Protection Regulation changes which come into effect in May 2018.
